(A) There is hereby established a Miscellaneous Revenue Fund for the deposit of all revenues received under an interlocal cooperation agreement with Ohio County and Rising Sun, Indiana as a distribution of the Riverboat Gambling Admissions Tax.
(B) All funds deposited to said account shall be cumulative and shall be appropriated by the Town Council from time to time to be used for capital project and infrastructure projects and for all other legitimate town purposes including the supplement of operating costs if the need arises.
(C) All funds on deposit in the Miscellaneous Revenue Account shall be invested as authorized by state law.
