§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   In addition to any other fines or costs assessed set forth in §§ 150.01 through 150.07, any person violating the terms of §§ 150.01 through 150.07 shall be fined a sum not less than $100 and not exceeding $5,000 for each offense. Each day during, or on, which a violation of §§ 150.01 through 150.07 occurs constitutes a separate offense.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who shall cause any building to be moved along or across any street in the town, or who shall assist in doing so, without having a permit as provided for in § 150.40 of this chapter, shall be fined, forfeit, and pay to the town a sum not less than $100 and not exceeding $500 for each and every offense and shall pay the costs of the suit.
      (2)   Any person owning any building being moved as aforesaid, or any person assisting in moving the same, who shall cut or remove from its fastenings, or caused to be cut or removed from its fastenings, any wire mentioned in § 150.41 of this chapter, or who shall interfere with any pole or cross-arm or insulator on which the wire is fastened, without having procured a permit and served the notice provided for in this chapter, shall be fined, forfeit, and pay to the town the sum of $10 for each and every wire, pole, cross-arm, or insulator so removed or interfered with, and shall pay the costs of the suit.
   (C)   Any violation of I.C. 36-7-9-28 or any provision of §§ 150.55 through 150.72 for which another penalty is not provided, shall, upon conviction by the court, be punished by a fine not to exceed $2,500 per violation. Each and every day on which the condition exists shall constitute a separate and distinct violation. All fines and costs recovered by the town pursuant to §§ 150.55 et seq. shall be placed in the Unsafe Building Fund.
