§ 150.40  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   The owner of any building desiring to move the same along or across any street in the town shall, before moving the building, procure from the Clerk-Treasurer of the town a permit to do so, which permit shall state the street along or across which the building is to be moved, and shall be in the name of the owner of the building, and it is declared to be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to move any building along or across any street in the town until the permit has been procured.
