§ 150.41  NOTIFICATION REQUIRED.
   If any person or corporation holding a permit from the Clerk-Treasurer as aforesaid shall desire to move any building along or across any street where there is stretched any telephone, telegraph, or electric light wire, or interurban or street car trolley wire, guy wire, span wire, or other wire which has been placed along or across the street by the town or by any person, firm, or corporation to whom permission has been granted by the town to so place the wire, then the person desiring to move the building shall notify the person, firm, or corporation owning or controlling the wire or wires, of his or her intention to move the building.  The notice shall be in writing, signed by the owner of the building, and shall state therein the street along or across which building is to be moved and as near as possible the day and the hour when the same will be moved.  The notice shall be served by delivery to this person, or if a firm, to any member thereof, or if a corporation, to any officer or agent thereof residing in the town; and if there be none of the aforesaid residing in the town, then by mailing the notice to the person, firm, or corporation, allowing reasonable time for the notice to reach its destination.
