In any multiple usage development, such as an apartment complex, trailer court, and the like, the cost of internal metering, (lateral lines, metering boxes, valves, lids, saddles, and the like) will be at no expense to the Sunman Utility Department. The Sunman Utility Department will furnish the meter only.
