(A) This section applies to private apartment complexes, trailer courts, mobile home parks, camp grounds, privately-owned multiple usage developments, and the like.
(B) The property owner has total control and responsibility of metering bars, shut- off valves, and ells of the types of services described in division (A).
(C) The owners of apartment complexes, trailer courts, mobile home parks, camp grounds, and privately-owned multiple usage developments shall appoint a manager or maintenance person.
(D) The water meter is the property of the town.
(E) At no time will the town municipal utilities personnel provide maintenance, replace, or repair any water service within the private properties outlined in this section.
(F) It shall be the responsibility of the development owner to inform the Sunman Utility Department of discontinuance of water service (that is, because of trailer sales, renters moving away, new tenants arriving, and the like). Failure to do so may result in disconnection of the involved water service and/or payment of outstanding bill with a 10% penalty.
