951.01 VILLAGE SQUARE AS A PARK.

   (a)   The Village Square, being the area bounded by Cherry Street on the north, Vernon Street on the east, Granville Street on the south and Columbus Street on the west, is hereby established as a Village Park.

   (b)   Such park shall be open to the public between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

951.02 SUNBURY MEMORIAL PARK.

   (a)   The Sunbury Memorial Park shall be open to visitors and other authorized persons during daylight hours each day.

   (b)   Signs shall be erected which state that the Sunbury Memorial Park is open during daylight hours.

   (c)   Entry into the Sunbury Memorial Park at any time other than daylight hours is prohibited.

   (d)   No person shall remain in the Sunbury Memorial Park after sunset.

   (e)   Use in violation of subsection (c) or (d) hereof shall constitute a trespass.
