The following rules and regulations for the use of the park facilities known as the Sunbury Upground Reservoirs located at the former water treatment plant adjacent to Sedgwick Ave. are hereby ratified and approved:
(a) Reservoirs open to the public from sunrise to sunset only.
(b) All persons sixteen years of age and older must have a valid Ohio fishing license.
(c) Fishing is catch and release only.
(d) All applicable fish and wildlife laws and orders of the Division of Wildlife are hereby incorporated by reference.
(e) Trespassing on concrete structures is prohibited.
(f) Alcohol beverages are prohibited.
(g) Littering is prohibited.
(h) Swimming/wadding is prohibited.
(i) Boats are prohibited.
(j) Vehicles are prohibited.
(k) Camping is prohibited.
(l) No glass containers.
(m) Fires in designated areas only.
(n) Children under twelve years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any person guilty of a prior violation of this section within one year of the current offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 2007-28. Passed 11-7-07.)
