§ 51.055 PERMIT REQUIREMENT.
   No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any portion of the public sewer system without first obtaining a written permit of the class appropriate to the use of the premises from the township in accordance with § 51.056.
