§ 50.12 CIVIL INFRACTION.

(A) Any person, firm, association, corporation, or other entity, violating any provision of § 50.08 shall be responsible for a municipal infraction as defined in Chapter 30 and shall be subject to the listed fines.

(B) Each day § 50.08 is violated shall be a separate violation.

(C) Any action taken under this section shall not prevent civil proceedings for abatement or termination of the prohibited activity pursuant to §§ 50.09 and 50.10.
