§ 50.02 CONNECTION FEES.

(A) All premises connecting to the Water Supply System shall pay a connection fee based upon the size of the pipe connected to the Water Supply System.

(B) The connection fees shall be as established by resolution of the Township Board from time to time, and as set forth in the records kept by the Township Clerk in the Township Hall.
