(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person or entity found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 50.25 et seq. shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $300 for each violation.
(2) Each day upon which a violation occurs shall be deemed to be a separate and additional violation.
