§ 130.04 VIOLATING PERSON.

Any person who acts in any manner described in §§ 130.03 above or 130.06 below, is in violation of this chapter and, upon conviction, must be punished as set forth in § 130.99 below, whether or not the person(s) had been ordered by a peace officer that the conduct or violation cease, except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
