Any person found to be in violation of §§ 111.01, et seq. shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $500, except that a person who violates § 111.20(D) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and/or a $500, plus cost of prosecution. The term PERSON shall be deemed to include any individual, business or entity.
