SECTION 5.01.2 OATH OF OFFICE.

The County Executive, members of County Council, and County elected office holders are hereby required to take an oath of office. The oath shall be administered by any person qualified as a notary and shall consist of a promise by the official to uphold the Constitution and laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio, the Summit County Charter, and the Codified Ordinances of Summit County.
