165.07 COPY TO EVERY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION WITHIN COUNTY.

A copy of Resolution 93-220, consisting of Sections 165.01 through 165.07, shall be transmitted to each municipal corporation and township located in the District and each legislative authority is requested to vote on this agreement to form the Summit-Akron Solid Waste Management Authority which includes the appointment of the Board of Trustees.
