165.06 ADOPTION BY MINIMUM MUNICIPALITY PERCENTAGE.

Resolution 93-220, consisting of Sections 165.01 through 165.07, when adopted by municipal corporations and townships comprising at least sixty percent (60%) of the total population of the District, including the municipal corporation having the largest population, shall constitute the agreement set forth in Ohio R.C. 343.011.
