(a) The County Planning Commission, established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 713.22, shall continue to exercise the powers and duties established by general law.

(b) The Planning Commission shall consist of nine (9) citizens of the County, and two Representatives from Summit County Council. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment of the Executive pursuant to Section 2.03 (2) of the County Charter.
(c) The terms for the Representatives from Summit County Council shall run concurrently with the balance of the Representatives unexpired term. All other members shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years with the current members of the Commission continuing in their positions for the balance of their current terms.
