133.01 POWERS AND COMPOSITION.

(a) The Board of Revision shall exercise all powers now or hereafter vested in and shall perform all duties imposed upon county boards of revision by general law.

(b) The Board of Revision shall consist of the County Executive, County Fiscal Officer and the County Clerk of Courts, or their designees.
