(a) The Director may require haulers of commercial or industrial wastewater to obtain individual wastewater discharge permits. The Director may require generators of hauled commercial or industrial wastewater to obtain individual wastewater discharge permits. The Director also may prohibit the disposal of hauled commercial or industrial wastewater. The discharge of hauled commercial or industrial wastewater is subject to all other requirements of this Chapter.
(b) Commercial or industrial waste haulers may discharge loads only at locations designated by the Director. No load may be discharged without prior consent of the Director. The Director may collect samples of each hauled load to ensure compliance with applicable Standards. The Director may require the industrial waste hauler to provide a waste analysis of any load prior to discharge.
(c) Commercial or industrial wastewater haulers must provide a waste tracking form for every load. This form shall include, at a minimum, the name and address of the industrial wastewater hauler, permit number, truck identification, names and addresses of wastewater sources and wastewater volume and characteristics. The form shall identify the type of business or industry, and any known or suspected waste constituents.
(d) The disposal of hauled residential septage or wastewater specified in Section 921.05(c) of this Chapter into the County sewerage system is forbidden.
