(a) Whoever violates Section 921.03 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) a day for any such violation. Each day during or on which such violation continues shall be a separate offense. In addition, such violator may be charged all applicable fees, charges and any other amount charged to like users plus a penalty charge of fifty percent (50%) added to each such amount.
(b) Whoever violates Section 921.11 shall pay a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per day of violation.
(c) Whoever discharges or causes a discharge which damages or impairs the County's sewage disposal system shall be liable to the County for any expense, loss or damage caused by such damage.
(d) The Director may commence judicial proceedings to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any action under this section shall be governed by the rules of practice and procedure applicable to such actions. Any amounts collected under this section shall be credited to the Sewer Revenue Fund.
