753.10 RELATION TO OTHER LAW.

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent any political subdivision of Summit County from regulating the sale of pseudoephedrine or pseudoephedrine products within its boundaries, provided that such rules are at least as stringent as those imposed by this chapter. In such cases, a more stringent local rule shall control in the case any inconsistency between it and this chapter.
