§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, operation, or organization violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.001 to 91.006 shall, upon conviction by the District Magistrate, pay a fine of $300 together with costs, and in default thereof shall be sentence to undergo imprisonment for a period not to exceed two days.
   (C)   (1)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.020 to 91.024, 91.035 to 91.039, 91.050 to 91.055, or 91.070 to 91.081 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not more than $600, and in default of payment, to undergo imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 91.020 to 91.024, 91.035 to 91.039, 91.050 to 91.055, or 91.070 to 91.081 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   The remedies provided herein for the enforcement of §§ 91.020 to 91.024, 91.035 to 91.039, 91.050 to 91.055, or 91.070 to 91.081, or any remedy provided by law, shall not be deemed mutually exclusive; rather they may be employed simultaneously or consecutively, at the option of the Borough Council.
