§ 70.10 REMOVAL OF VEHICLES.

(A) Any vehicle creating a public hazard for any reason, including as a result of having been parked in any of the locations set forth in §§ 70.02 or 70.09, or any violation of § 70.05, may be removed.

(B) Procedures established for removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned and junked motor vehicles in Chapter 71 shall apply to vehicle creating a public safety hazard.
