5-6-4: DISTRIBUTION OF FIREWORKS RESTRICTED:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in distribution of fireworks within the village of Sugar Grove with any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, or with any person who does not possess a permit under the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 2006-06-20G, 6-20-2006)
