The standards and details of design prescribed herein are intended only as a minimum requirement so that the general arrangement and layout of the subdivision may be adjusted to a wide variety of circumstances. However, in the design and development of the plat, the subdivider should use standards consistent with the site conditions so as to assure an economical, pleasant and stable neighborhood.
