Any vendor, peddler or solicitor whose license has not been revoked or suspended may renew that license upon a renewal-of-license form provided by the Safety Service Director. The renewal form shall contain the name and social security number of applicant for renewal, expiration date of license to be renewed, period for which renewal is requested and any appropriate corrections of information provided on the original application. Fees for the renewal period shall accompany the application. Any vendor, peddler or solicitor whose license has expired for more than three (3) months prior to the attempt to renew the license must reapply for a license in the same manner as the original application under Section 759.04.
