EDITOR'S NOTE: The City presently contracts with the Mahoning County Building Department for the enforcement of the Mahoning County Building Code adopted by Ordinance 83-7909 and the Ohio Basic Building Code as set forth in Chapter 1349. Section 1102.03 of the Planning and Zoning Code authorizes the Safety-Service Director to issue a zoning permit prior to issuance of a building permit by the County Building Department.
