1303.02 STRUCTURE REQUIRING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PERMIT.

Council hereby prohibits the Safety-Service Director or any agent authorized to issue a building permit from issuing a building permit for any structure that requires a permit from either the Federal or State Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) until such permit has been obtained from the Federal or State EPA.
