296.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Mayor’s Court in the City which shall be operated pursuant to the authority of Ohio R.C. 1905.01 et seq. In keeping the dockets and files of the Mayor’s Court, the Mayor and the Magistrate shall be governed by the laws pertaining to County Courts.
