The Committee shall organize by annually electing a chairman and a vice chairman from its senior community membership, provided that the first chairman to serve under the terms of this chapter shall be appointed by the Director of Recreation and Senior Services. The Committee shall hold quarterly meetings on the third Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. commencing October 18, 2007, except during periods of recess as determined by the Committee.
