(a) There is hereby created the position of Municipal Physician, such position to be filled by appointment of the Mayor.
(b) The duties of the Municipal Physician shall be to examine all employees and prospective employees of the City who are sent to him for examination. He shall submit to the City for examination a report confirming the medical and physical condition of such persons.
(c) The Municipal Physician shall receive from the City compensation as determined by Council.
