The Mayor and Clerk of Council are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement and plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development with the Strongsville Community Improvement Corporation in substantially the form and containing the provisions attached to original Ordinance 1977-91, passed June 6, 1977, incorporated herein and marked "Exhibit A, " and the terms and provisions of such agreement and plan in all respects, insofar as they embody and constitute the plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for this Municipality under Ohio R.C. 1724.10, are hereby confirmed.
