256.05 NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC.

The Fire Chief is authorized and directed to develop and implement a policy and procedure to notify members of the public of unauthorized spills, releases or discharges of materials into or upon the environment which may endanger the public health or safety or the environment, which shall become effective upon approval by resolution of Council.
