240.02 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

There is hereby established the position of Director of Public Service, to be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of a majority of the members elected to Council. The Director shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor, and shall receive such compensation as determined by Council.
