1601.02 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. Section 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the "Ohio Fire Code", 2017 edition, as published by the International Code Council, as adopted by the State of Ohio in Chapter 1301:7 of the Ohio Administrative Code except such portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended.
