230.06 ACCEPTANCE OF CASH, PROPERTY, CONTRABAND OR FINES FOR DRUG OFFENSES.
   (a)    The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept seized and forfeited cash and tangible property from the United States Government relinquished in accordance with the Comprehensive Drug Penalty Act of 1984, and may execute all documents and do all things necessary in furtherance thereof. Any acceptance of real estate shall be subject to approval by Council.
   (b)    There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Drug Penalty Fund, and the Clerk and Treasurer of the City and their successor are hereby authorized and directed to place all cash received in accordance with the Act in such Fund to be used solely for law enforcement purposes.

   (c)    The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept seized and forfeited cash and tangible property relinquished in accordance with the Comprehensive Drug Penalty Act of 1984, and may execute all documents and do all things necessary in furtherance thereof.
   (d)    There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Contraband Seizure Trust Fund, and the Clerk and Treasurer of the City and their successor are hereby authorized and directed to place all cash received in accordance with the Act in such Fund to be used for the purposes set forth in Ohio R.C. 2933.43.

   (e)    The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept all fines imposed and bail forfeited by an individual convicted of violation of any of the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03 in accordance with the provisions thereof.
   (f)    There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund, and the Clerk and Treasurer of the City and their successor are hereby authorized and directed to place all fines imposed and bail forfeited received in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03 in such Fund to be used for law enforcement efforts that pertain to drug offenses.
