254.01 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE.

To the extent that manpower and equipment are available and able to be provided, emergency medical service shall be provided by the City in response to a call for such services within the City, and outside of the City under the provisions of a mutual aid agreement or applicable law permitting mutual aid.
