1057.14 APPEALS.

Any person receiving notice of violation may appeal any decision of the authorized enforcement agency with regard to enforcement or interpretation of this chapter to the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1248 and otherwise in accordance with law.
