1404.04 ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS.

Reference to "ADA Standards for Accessibility Design" also known as "ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities", "28 CFR Part 36 Appendix A" ("ADAAG") are hereby adopted pursuant to Sections 121.75 and 121.76 of the Ohio Revised Code and as referenced in Rule 4101:1-35-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
