(a) No license may be granted or issued to any sexually oriented business which is not in full compliance with the standards and restrictions applicable to sexually oriented businesses under Part Twelve-Planning & Zoning Code of the Strongsville Codified Ordinances.
(b) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or amend the procedures, standards or requirements of Part Twelve – Planning & Zoning Code of the Strongsville Codified Ordinances.
