(a) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in Section 830.01 of this chapter, on the premises of a sexually oriented business or an adult motel without having secured a sexually oriented business employee license pursuant to this chapter.
(b) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 2001-52. Passed 4-8-02.)
