(a) No person shall:
(1) Operate a sexually oriented business without a valid sexually oriented business license issued by the City pursuant to this chapter.
(2) In connection with operating a sexually oriented business, retain the services of a person as an employee, as defined in Section 830.01 of this chapter, who is not licensed as a sexually oriented business employee by the City pursuant to this chapter.
(b) Any person who violates subparagraph (a)(1) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(c) Any person who violates subparagraph (a)(2) of this section shalI be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
