820.06 APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION.

The City shall act to approve or deny an application for a license under this chapter within a reasonable period of time, and in no event shall the City act to approve or deny such license later than ninety (90) days from the date the application was accepted by the Building Commissioner.
