Upon approval of the application, the applicant shall pay to the City an annual license fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00). Said license shall expire on December 31 of each calendar year unless sooner suspended or revoked, and the fee for such license shall not be prorated. Thereafter, the City shall issue a license for a tattoo establishment if all requirements for a tattoo establishment described in this chapter are met.
