1480.04 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code adopted in Section 1480.01 and a provision of any other code adopted by the City or any City ordinance, that provision which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall prevail.
