1470.06 RESEEDING AREA OF REMOVAL.

Any portion of land from which topsoil has been removed within the provisions of this chapter shall be reseeded or replanted with grass or other satisfactory planting within six months from such removal in order to prevent erosion, creation of dust or other conditions of nuisance.
