1436.12 CONFLICT OF STANDARDS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the "Construction and Material Specifications" of the Department of Transportation of the State of Ohio adopted in Section 1436.04 and a provision of this chapter or any other City ordinance, that provision which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall prevail.
