1432.03 PERMITS FOR ERECTION OF STABLES.
   No permit shall be issued for the erection of any livery, sale or boarding stable, intended to be used as such, located at a place where the conducting of such business would be unlawful under the terms of this Building Code. No person shall locate any barn or stable nearer than five feet to the side lot lines and end lot lines, and no stable shall be located so far from the rear lot line as to bring it closer to the possible position of a dwelling to be built on an adjoining lot than the distance prescribed in this Code.
   One enclosed shed for fuel, or one open front shed for wagon purposes or vehicle storage, may be erected on the rear of any lot or premises. Such shed shall not exceed eleven feet in height at the highest point thereof and shall not cover or exceed, including all sheds or rough frame buildings on the premises, 250 square feet of ground area for each twenty-five feet of frontage of the lot and shall be placed at a distance of not less than thirty feet from the nearest dwelling or building. In no case shall such shed be erected nearer than ten feet to any building of similar type to the rear of lots, and such shed shall be roofed with incombustible material. In such open or closed frame shed, no chimney shall be erected and no portable forge or heating appliance of any kind will be permitted therein.
