The location of any barn, stable or shed upon any lot shall be approved by the Commissioner of Buildings and shall occupy not more than eight percent of the width of an interior lot. No frame or wooden barn, stable or shed located on an interior lot, arranged for keeping one or more animals, shall be located within thirty feet of any dwelling.
